Nadamel St.Mary’s Church Youth Association

Malankara Jacobite Syrian Christian Youth Association is the Youth Wing of Malankara Jacobite Syrian Christian Church, functioning under the Holy See of Antioch and all the East. It functions as per the supreme command of the Patriarch of Antioch and all the East.

A Unit of the Youth Association is functioning at Nadamel St.Mary’s Jacobite Syrian Church, Tripunithura. Its aims and objectives are:-

The growth of the church through the progress of the Youth- their upliftment, better prospects, etc.

With an aim to be a corner stone in the activities of the church and to become a remarkable part of its future history, Youth Association is on the path of developmental activities. Let us watch the Annual Programme of the organization:-

- “Yuva Vedi”- A platform for debates and discussions

- ‘Veedi’ – The Handwritten Magazine- Pioneer of “Nuharo” Quarterly.

- Cultural & Literary competitions for Sunday School Students.

- Career Guidance Programmes, Health Camps.

- X’mas Carol-Roaming the outskirts of the Parish.

- X’mas Eve-a total entertainment in X’mas Season

- Charitable and relief activities

- Orphanage visits

- Active Participation for the grand success of “Manjanikkara Pilgrimage”-Mobile Health Services for Pilgrims.

- Sports/Tournaments for the Youth.

- Operating Tourist Bus services to Velankanni, Omallur , Parumala, Manarkadu, Puthuppally, etc.

- Active Participation in “Family Unit” Activities

- “Sneha Sangamam” the “Annual Get Together Programme” of Youth Association Family (A colorful entertainment programme attended by the Youth association members and their family)
